As a globally certified Therapist, Spa Consultant, Assessor, and the CEO of Spring Up Beauty Spa and Academy, she is dedicated to empowering individuals through education and entrepreneurship. Additionally, she is a published Author and Songwriter, known for pioneering the "Become Your Own Boss" campaign.
Miss Mtekateka did her studies for the product brand Babor in Aachen, Germany. There are many other renowned product brands that she has experience and knowledge in. With a career spanning 17 years, she takes pride in having cultivated over 1000 skilled therapists who are making an impact in spas worldwide.
